17 - 1/2 cup water
18 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
# Directions:
01 - Combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar in a large pitcher or beverage dispenser. Stir thoroughly until the sugar is fully dissolved. Add cold water and mix well. Refrigerate until serving.
02 - For each fruit syrup: Combine fruit, water, and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes. Mash fruit gently to release juices. Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean jar or bottle, discarding solids. Allow syrup to cool completely.
03 - In a saucepan, combine water and granulated sugar. Simmer gently while stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add fresh mint leaves, and steep for 15 minutes. Strain into a jar or bottle and cool.
04 - Arrange chilled lemonade in a beverage dispenser. Place each syrup in labeled jars or bottles. Prepare garnishes (lemon slices, mint sprigs), ice cubes, and set out glasses.
05 - Pour chilled lemonade into a glass, add ice, and stir in desired flavor syrup (approximately 1–2 tablespoons per glass). Garnish with lemon slices or mint sprigs as preferred.
